Mystery Quilt Fund Raiser
Sign up is now open
Clues will start coming September 26th
Dear Project Linus Friends,
Just wanted to let you know that registration is now open for the 2020 Project Linus Mystery Quilt Challenge "Lucy's Love Notes" and we would love to have you join us!
This is our "big fundraiser" for Project Linus each year and we thank you for supporting the children we serve with your donation and participation.
In spite of the craziness 2020 has brought to us so far this year, the Project Linus Mystery Quilt Challenge will make up for all of that! We are so excited to create this beautiful mystery quilt with you. Novice quilters as well as those with more experience are all welcome to join us. The detailed written instructions as well as the accompanying videos make this a fun and "do-able" experience for all! For those of you who are homeschooling, this would make a great hands-on project for your tweens and teens! If you are simply staying at home for whatever reason and find you have extra time on your hands, this is the perfect time to give this project a try!
Please go to www.projectlinus.org and click on the link at the top of the page to register. Don't forget to designate Washington Peninsula Sequim Project Linus chapter as the recipient of your $15 donation.
Also, please check out our Facebook Group: CLICK HERE We have some GREAT prizes donated by Moda and the Fat Quarter Shop to give away during the challenge. The first clue will be revealed on Saturday, September 26th and the BIG REVEAL will be on Saturday, November 7th.

Songs dedicated to all my quilting blanketeers
If you know other blanketeers that are not getting email notices please contact me so I can reach out.
Project Linus is a non-profit organization of volunteer "blanketeers" that provide new, handmade, blankets and afghans to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need of a sense of security, warmth, and comfort. You can use our Contact page or email me for more information.
You don't need to know how to sew, knit or crochet to help make a blanket for a child. We are a diverse group of individuals with a wide variety of talents and personalities! Come join us for an hour or a day, whatever you can give. Even those who have never made a quilt are welcome to join us. We will teach you everything you need to start sewing or helping in other ways.
Make a blanket and donate it to the Washington Peninsula Chapter. You can use our Contact page or email me for more information. Project Linus distributes blankets to several hospitals and organizations that help children in need.
